Workout log: track gym sessions with a tap
Most workout apps want every set, rep and kilo. If what you actually want is to know you went three times this week, EasyRoutine is the lighter option.
Set up a gym routine
- Create a routine called Gym, or one per split: Push, Pull, Legs.
- Add activities for what you want to track: the session itself, or key pieces like "Rowing machine" and "Stretching".
- Photograph the equipment so you can log it by scanning.
Log in a second
Tap the activity when you finish, or point your camera at the machine in the Scan tab and it is logged. Forgot until you got home? Tap it and adjust the time. How the scan works.
See your consistency
The week view shows which days you trained. Your streak counts the days in a row you logged anything, and your profile shows totals. Calendar & streaks.
Plan your training days
With Premium, schedule your gym days (say Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 18:00) and get a reminder before. Scheduling.
Common questions
Does EasyRoutine track sets, reps or weights?
No. It records that a session or exercise happened and when, with an optional note. If you want to log every set, use a dedicated strength app; EasyRoutine is for consistency.
Can I log a workout by scanning gym equipment?
Yes. Photograph the machine or the kettlebell when you add the activity, then scan it after your session to log it.
Can I schedule gym days?
Yes, with Premium: choose the weekdays and time, and optionally get a reminder before you should leave.
