1. Definitions

"Service" means the EasyRoutine mobile application, related backend API, and any associated features or documentation we provide. "User" or "you" means the individual using the Service. "Account" means your registered EasyRoutine account. "Content" means routines, activities, completion logs, and other data you create or store through the Service. "Query OÜ," "EasyRoutine," "we," "our," or "us" means Query OÜ, an Estonian company, operating the EasyRoutine Service.

2. Acceptance, Eligibility, and Authority

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Description of the Service

EasyRoutine is a personal productivity application that lets you build routines, define activities, track completions, and optionally log activity using your device camera. The Service requires an account for data storage and sync.

We may modify, add, suspend, or remove features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or service improvement. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Beta or preview features are provided on an experimental basis and may be changed or removed without notice.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Free and Premium Plans

The Service is available on a free plan supported by advertising. A Premium subscription removes advertisements and unlocks additional features, including calendar planning and notification scheduling. The price of the Premium subscription is displayed at the time of purchase in your local currency.

4.2 Pricing and Feature Changes

We may change the price of the Premium subscription or the features included in either plan at any time. Any material negative change to the Premium plan will be made only where there is a valid reason. If you are an active subscriber and we increase the price or remove a material feature from the Premium plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app notification and inform you of your right to cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, where required by applicable law. Continued use of the subscription after the change constitutes acceptance.

4.3 Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions are processed through the applicable app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not process payments directly; billing, renewal, and refund eligibility are governed by Apple's or Google's own terms and policies.

You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by applicable law.

4.4 Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Where required by applicable law, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal from a subscription purchase within the applicable cooling-off period. By starting your Premium subscription, you acknowledge that performance of the digital service begins immediately upon purchase. Where permitted by law, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the digital service and acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Accounts and Account Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone who gains access through your device or authentication session.

You must notify us promptly at info@easyroutineapp.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or any security incident. We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably believe it is compromised or being used in violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, user account, or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful or illegal content.
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or bypasses access controls.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our express written consent.
  • Use data, software, documentation, or materials obtained from the Service to train machine learning models, build datasets, or develop competing products without our express written permission.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate accounts, or block access without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or its users.

7. Your Content and Your Responsibilities

You retain ownership of your Content. You are solely responsible for the routines, activities, and logs you create, and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable law.

By creating Content, you grant Query OÜ a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, and transmit that Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Apple Sign In and Google Sign In for authentication. Your use of these providers is governed by Apple's and Google's own terms and privacy policies, not these Terms. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property and Feedback

Except for your Content, the Service and all related software, design, branding, text, graphics, and documentation are owned by Query OÜ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended personal-use purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Query OÜ and its licensors.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant Query OÜ a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for improving and operating the Service.

10. Availability and Backups

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect performance, or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures, or factors outside our control.

We perform backups for operational resilience, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of important Content. Upon account deletion, data is retained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including a normal deletion window of up to 30 days.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity

12.1 Service Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Query OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12.3 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Query OÜ and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

By you: You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By us: We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice. After termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect. If you believe a termination was made in error, you may contact us at info@easyroutineapp.com to request a review.

14. EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Directive and the Digital Content and Digital Services rules.

If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve directly, you may seek assistance from your local consumer authority or the European Commission's consumer redress resources.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations related to them are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, except that if you are an EU consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory rights to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice by email or in-app notification before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

17. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Query OÜ regarding the Service, except where additional terms are expressly stated to apply.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, cyberattacks, cloud-provider outages, internet backbone failures, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, governmental action, or failures of third-party providers.

The following sections survive termination: Sections 7 to 17, together with any other provision that by their nature should survive.

You acknowledge that you do not rely on any future feature availability or roadmap commitments in deciding to use or continue using the Service.
