Supplement tracker: log every dose with a tap or a photo
Did I take the vitamin D this morning? If you take more than two supplements at different times of day, you have asked yourself that. EasyRoutine gives you a record you can check in a second.
Set up a supplement routine
- Create two routines: Morning supplements and Evening supplements.
- Add each bottle as an activity by photographing it. EasyRoutine suggests the name from the label.
- Give each one a colour, so your calendar shows at a glance which ones you took.
Log by scanning the bottle
After you take a capsule, open the Scan tab and point the camera at the bottle. EasyRoutine recognises which of your supplements it is and logs it. No menus, no searching through a list. If you prefer, tap the supplement on the calendar instead. How the scan works.
See missed days
The week view shows every dose you logged. A missing tile is a missed dose. Over a month, the month view tells you whether that new magnesium routine actually stuck. Add a note like "took with food" or flag a day amber if something felt off.
Reminders, if you want them
With Premium, schedule each supplement for the time you take it and get a reminder on time or up to 30 minutes before. A supplement you take twice a day can have two reminders. More about reminders.
Common questions
Can I log a supplement by scanning the bottle?
Yes. Photograph each bottle when you add it as an activity, then point the camera at it after you take it and EasyRoutine logs the dose.
Can I track supplements I take at different times of day?
Yes. Put morning and evening supplements in separate routines, or give one supplement several scheduled times with Premium.
Are supplement reminders free?
Reminders are part of Premium. Logging, scanning and the calendar are free.
Does it track dosage amounts?
Not as a number. Each log records that you took it and when, and you can add a note such as "2 capsules" or "with food".
