Is there a limit on routines in the free EasyRoutine plan?
No. The free plan has no limit on the number of routines, activities, logs, notes or photos, and your whole calendar history stays visible. Premium does not unlock more room; it adds scheduling, reminders and removes the ads.

No cap on routines or activities
There is no maximum number of routines, and no maximum number of activities in a routine, on either plan. Supplements, skincare and a gym plan can each be their own routine. Tracking several routines at once.
The only limits are practical ones that apply to everyone: a routine or activity name can be up to 80 characters.
Notes and photos
Photos belong to activities, not to single logs. Each activity can have one photo, from the camera or your photo library, which shows on its tile and lets the photo scan recognize it. You can add a photo to every activity you have.
Notes belong to logs. Each log can carry one note of up to 2,000 characters and a flag, and since logs are unlimited, so are notes. The log sheet shows your recent notes for that activity.
The AI features (photo naming and the scan) share a fair-use limit of 300 requests per account per day, the same on the free plan and on Premium.
Your full calendar history
The free plan does not hide old data. Every log you have ever added stays on the calendar, and you can scroll back through the Day, Week and Month views as far as your history goes. You can also add logs for past days you forgot, back to 2020.
To answer "when did I last do this?", tap an activity tile at the top of the calendar: the calendar then shows only that activity, so the last tile is the last time, however far back it is.
What is Premium is the future: tapping a future day or a future planned entry opens the Premium screen.
When Premium is worth it
Premium makes sense if you want the app to tell you when things are due, not just remember that you did them:
- Schedule planning: weekdays and times for each activity, single dates and active periods
- Reminders: a notification on time or 5 to 30 minutes before
- No ads
It is one monthly subscription: $1.49 in the US and €1.49 in euro countries. Elsewhere the store sets a local price per country (for example £0.99 in the UK or ¥200 in Japan), and it shows your price before you subscribe. How renewal works or compare the plans.

How many routines can I create for free?
As many as you like. There is no limit on routines on the free plan or on Premium.
Is there a limit on activities per routine?
No. A routine can hold as many activities as you need. Names can be up to 80 characters.
Can I add unlimited notes and photos on the free plan?
Yes. Every log can have a note of up to 2,000 characters, and every activity can have a photo. There is no cap on how many logs or activities you create.
Does the free plan limit how far back I can see my history?
No. Your whole history stays on the Day, Week and Month calendar. Only planning future days needs Premium.
